Return Policy

 

 

Changing an order:

In most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to an order.

To add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

To change details of your delivery address, remove items or cancel it completely; please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your order number.

 

 

Damaged items:

We always endeavour to ensure your parcel reaches you in perfect condition.

If you have received a damaged item, please contact us at samantha@alco-pop.co.uk as soon as possible.

Please provide as much information as possible, including your personal details and order number.

Please also attach an image of the damaged goods received, where possible.

We will respond to you within 48 hours with a plan of action.

 

 

UK Returns:

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order by post for a refund or exchange.

 

The buyer is responsible for paying the postage charges of the returned items. We recommend returning the parcels via tracked and/or signed for. Ensure to ask for a proof of postage receipt from the post office.

Please take reasonable care of returning the items - any damaged items returned which we have not been made aware of previous to returning, cannot be refunded.

Ensure the items are sent back in the same condition as they were received (unopened) and return them back in the original packaging where possible.

 

 

How to Return:

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to return your products.

We will respond within 48 hours with a returns form.

You need to complete the form on the computer before printing it.

Once printed, sign the bottom of the form by hand and place it inside your return parcel.

Take it to the post office and don’t forget to ask for a proof of postage receipt.

*If printing will be a problem, please state this when initially contacting us.

 

 

Deadline for Returning Goods:

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your items to contact us about returning the goods.

Within a further 14 calendar days the items must be with us.

Once we receive the items, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within a further 14 calendar days.

 

 

Amount Refunded:

Refunds on items will include the amount paid for product, plus duties, taxes and fees (if prepaid).

Any refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs at this time.

Standard UK Delivery:

Free for orders over £20.

There is a £3.00 delivery charge for orders below £20.

Order before 12pm and your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

 

 

Next Day UK Delivery:

Free for orders over £50.

There is a £5.95 delivery charge for orders below £50.

Our couriers will require a signature on delivery.

Order before 12pm and your order will be delivered the next working day (weekdays only).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day.

*Bank holidays are not classed as a working day.
